Food was good for chalmette. Customer service was great. I had the sweet and sour chicken lunch. I would eat it again. The bathrooms were really clean. Update I went back food was still the same, but I was super grossed out because a lady at a neighboring table was dipping her egg roll right into the duck sauce that's on the table for all the customers. Double dipping too! I'm hoping those get changed out often. I don't see myself feeling comfortable with eating that now.
This is our go-to take out Chinese place. The food is always good. The crab Rangoons are exactly how we like them. The spicy dishes actually have a little kick. I've seen people online complain about the lady that takes the phone orders. Yes, she is a bit short on the phone but she's actually really nice if you talk to her. I think this is just a cultural thing. She's not here to kiss your ass, she is here to take your order and move on.
